Hands-down, best service in town. Jody was wonderful over the phone, took her time and answered all my questions not to mention I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!!!

Friendly staff. Explained everything that needed to be done (didn't talk to me like I was an idiot) and gave me the price up front. Even showed me the bad parts. Highly recommend.

they were amazingly positive and clear and explaining what repairs needed to be made. There were no surprises and the work was superb. They were great to deal with on the phone and in person Desiree was amazing!

Very disappointed with my experience here. I brought my car in for a routine inspection and was told it failed due to one tire. However, I was initially given only two options: replace all four tires or replace twoβboth of which felt excessive and unnecessary. If only one tire was the issue, recommending a full set immediately felt like an upsell rather than an honest assessment. It wasnβt until I pushed back that a lesser option was even mentioned. I was also told that the failed status had already been entered into the system, which left no opportunity to pause or seek a second opinion before being pressured into repairs. What makes this more frustrating is that my tires are only two years old, regularly maintained, and have never been flagged by other reputable service providers. When I asked if the issue posed any real safety risk, I was told it did not and that it was based on their interpretation. Overall, the experience lacked transparency and felt predatory. I left feeling pressured rather than supported as a customer.

Dropped my car off there to have the wiper motor checked, they said it was bad and quoted me a price for $750.00 for a wiper motor to be installed. I called Andewβs Automotive, they quoted me a price for $350. I had to pay $150 to Douglas where they said they checked the wiper motor. However, they couldnβt have checked the motor because leaves covered the plastic cover where the motor was, and the motor was covered in gunk and water Acording to Andrewβs. So I was charged $150 for nothing! Wonβt ever bring anything back to Douglas Battery!!! Over priced and they donβt do what they say!!!
